Gwenn Caldwell has over 10 years experience, most recently as an environmental engineering consultant with SAIC Corp. supporting the EPA by performing RCRA evaluations, NPDES permit enforcement of industrial facilities and development of national effluent guidelines. Her experience also includes 6 years with ExxonMobil in corporate engineering and refineries including planning, design, cost estimating, economic evaluation and implementation of refinery capital projects. Ms Caldwell has a BS degree in Civil Engineering, with high honors, from Rutgers University.   At Houston Biofuels Consultants, Ms Caldwell offers independent advice and analysis,  helping companies put together or evaluate feasibility studies, business plans and strategies for biofuels businesses by using her expertise in economic and business analysis and environmental and project engineering experience.
